Not the best location as it is pretty ulu. The cooking is just average (there are better ones). Amongst all the dishes we had, probably the drunken prawn & suckling pig was the nicest. Bringing own whiskey without corkage charges & the 2 service staff serving us were efficient and accommodating was their saving grace (would have given a lower rating if not for them). Conclusion Not likely to come back as there are better tasting places to eat at.

A lot of flying insects , kill almost 20 to 30 of them. Told the staffs but act blur, not willing to change tables. Staffs attitude consider lazy $9.9 Shark fin soup don’t know taste like what, think better don’t run this promo $39 crab is good, fried vegetables not bad and the crab fried rice also not bad Will not go back due to flying insects and poor staff attitude. 1 hour dining time but my family spend 30 minutes killing and chasing the flying insects and a lot land onto our food, fried rice and crab soup

I have been to Red Lantern @ Senang Crescent on so many occasions. Each time, they never fail. Their live seafood is fresh and priced reasonably. Their Manager Sherry always so cheerful and helpful with our order. Finally got time to take pics of the dinner this time and decided to give good reviews. The restaurant is spacious and airy under the pavilion. Each time our visit, we saw many families celebrating their birthday. I guess they were happy with the atmosphere and great food too.

first time at this outlet, happy to see Moon, who i previously met at the country club outlet. Moon is swift with her service and good at recommending dishes. normally go for the chilli crab, decided to try the black pepper crab today and it was delicious. crab is fresh and meaty. drunken prawns soup is so good, perfect on a rainy day. shark fin soup a bit starchy so do drink it fast. Marmite pork ribs is also another recommended dish. place has lots of fans so not too hot, was told next time can reserve the vip aircon rooms with 300 min spend. will drop by if in the area again.

Saw the mixed reviews here on the service. Place was recommended by my mum who were regulars with her friends. So it was a no-brainer to celebrate my dad's birthday here, as we were more or less assured of the service given the familiarity. Overall, this is a safe choice for a family or PG/SG setting as the food looked more elaborate than they tasted.
