Beverages stall ladies are very nice and friendly! Kaya toast ($1.4)is delicious and available even at dinner time. Ice Milo (2.20$) was good too, she even asks if you’d like it more sweet or less sweet. Most other stalls at this Koufu are cash or paynow only. Beverages stall accepts a wide variety of payment options.
View on GoogleDear Koufu Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a staff member at Koufu, Enterprise One, located at 1 Kaki Bukit Rd 1, #01-18, Singapore 415934. I have been a regular customer for about three years and purchase coffee there almost daily. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced unfriendly and disrespectful behavior from certain staff members. shop name like ( Tim Sum Fruits Beverages ) Today, after buying kopi and toast, I went to another section to purchase a snack. I called a staff member for assistance as he appeared busy. When he turned toward me, he scolded me in an aggressive and disrespectful tone. I was shocked and asked why he was scolding me, but he did not respond. He then handed me the item without courtesy and did not provide a plastic bag. His facial expression and attitude were hostile. This is not the first time I have experienced such treatment at this outlet. The staff member appeared to be a manager, as he was wearing a white and red Koufu management T-shirt. As a loyal customer for three years, I feel disappointed and disrespected. I hope management will investigate this matter seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with professionalism and respect. I look forward to your reply and to seeing improvement in customer service standards at this outlet. Sincerely, Prasanth
View on GooglePaid $8 for a take away mutton briyani. Half the meat is pure bones. Felt cheated.
View on GoogleI passed by here and noticed this coffee shop that’s pretty near my new workplace. I decided to go in and grab a heavy breakfast. I tried the economic rice stall, and for $6.60, I got fried rice, two pieces of fried chicken, beancurd skin, and a portion of diced chicken. The price seemed very reasonable, and it tasted great too. 👍🏼
View on GoogleSuper salty Mee/Mee Hoon goreng with mata lembu that cost $6. The taste is bad. This kind of quality should work in an animal farm to prepare for animal food. Not recommended...
