Order 9 cups including 2 XL size, but Not even 1 straw given. Very poor service. Come to the point till my sister have to go down to the nearest store and get the straw.

Great service and really accessible for those living nearby. Always a quick, great, and easy treat to satisfy my mom’s late night sweet tooth cravings 😂

My visit to Each A Cup Bedok Reservoir today, the staff's handling of orders left much to be desired. Despite patiently waiting for my turn, the staff named Ros interrupted my order to attend to another customer for a new order. Staff attended to the other customer while half taking and keying in my order. She settled the customer’s payment and then attended back to me as if I was invisible the whole time. This caused confusion as the staff seemed to forget my order, making me question their service system. When I inquired about the queueing process, the staff responded with a nonchalant apology and eye-rolling, displaying a disappointing attitude. Considering the numerous reviews highlighting similar experiences, it appears that basic service standards at this location consistently fall short. I regret not cancelling my order and leave after being treated like that because both our drinks was bland and tasteless. Retraining staff won’t work if staff has no passion or will to work in this line.

My daughter really likes to order her usual pearl milk tea but she wishes that the workers put a equal amount of boba and the milk tea as she said that amount of boba is lesser then the amount of milk yea but still great bbt

Love the drinks collection they have ice blends of Oreo cookies and coconut blends also have brown sugar BB milk tea 🧋
