First time Ordering 2 kopi-o to go, the uncle and the aunty who work there are so cranky, l didn’t know this drink store policy is must say in plastic or paper cup when you ordering which I’m not omg they scolded me in front of other customers in the Q, they can just ask why must get so angry! Not only that I clearly order 2pack but they gave me 1pack and I’m the one who get scolded too! in my heart I was like omg you take the wrong order but you scolding me. The word ONE & TWO are sound so different you take my order wrong and you mad at me end up I have to go back to the Q to order again. I found the work environment at the drink store is so depressing. They need to get train how to smile and talk nicely to have a happy life. For the 25 years of my life in Singapore I’ve been to so many places of coffee shop, I never experienced this kind of treatment.

Boss of kimly , Please sack the short hair specky Singaporean aunty working at the drink counter. Talk alot , shout alot but cannot work. Early morning everyone rushing for our work and she took her own sweet time to serve order , when she counting the counter she will refuse to serve and let the queues accumulate to 10+ persons. We have to stand there for 5-10mins for nothing!

Worst coffee shop ever. The economical rice stall sells 2 dish and 1 meat for $4.80 and attitude was very condescending when asked about the pricing. Serving was sympathetically small and many were overnight leftovers. How could this pricing be possible??

The stalls here have been here for ages! The Wang Xin zichar stall sells quite affordable dishes. The mixed veg rice stall used to be cheap & good but now is more X coz of inflation. The chicken rice stall used to be a family run stall selling cheap & delicious chicken rice & soup dishes. But now is run by a younger generation. Chicken & char siew & crispy belly pork r only ok. Char kway tiao stall sells rather good hokkien mee & char kway tiao & carrot cakes. If u are craving for fishball soup & laksa, u can find them here! There is oso a ngoh hiang stall which used to be good but no more. Typical of Kimly coffeeshop, there is their signature dimsum stall. The only complain I hv of this kopitiam is the never ending cigarette smoke!! Unless u wan second hand smoke else eat & go or gv it a miss!

The chinese seafood is a cheat no value of money for food. They reduce ingredients and charge high.
