Second time visiting Zac for a bbq for some halal meats last saturday, to my pleasant surprise the store product variety and quality has very much improved compared to last year around this time. Was served by a staff named james, he was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different cuts and ways to prepare my beef stew and tips to improve on it. I went home to give it a try and my wife loved it! Happy wife happy life thanks man 💪🏻 Will definitely visit again in the future! 10/10 👍🏻

5/5 experience! Amazing selection of halal meat! Got myself 2 of their 1 inch cut ribeye. Loved how their butchers went out their way to explain the different types of meat available and best way to cook them. I told the guys that I'm planning to sous vide my ribeyes and they suggested for them to season it and seal it in their bag so that it'll be easier when I get home to cook it.

I’ve come here multiple times and every time I’ve had to wait very long just to be served. The staff completely ignored us when we came in and didn’t even take the initiative to ask us what we wanted or to let us know that he was busy. Completely ignored us as if he didn’t even see us. So we waited patiently until it seems unreasonable until another customer told him to serve us first. I told him that I only want to get the pre cut ribeeye which was a 2 minute job of just taking it and packing it. Instead he continued to prepare his big order and ignore us again until finally he came and served us. If this was a 1 time thing it’s ok, I understand that he’s busy. But this happens every time I come- there’s not even many customers. There were staff in the back kitchen that didn’t even come out to help when it’s clear that the guy in front was struggling. The staff seems to not have any customer service training at all. So disappointing.
