It’s was a rainy day, and a drizzly noon when we happened to pass by looking for somewhere NOT crowded with good food. Came across this Pasta Fresca DS and since it’s been forever since (they were at Bt Timah, near sixth ave), we decided to have lunch there Al Fresco with a pleasant drizzly day. Service was good and prompt, attentive too. The lunch set meals looked pretty comprehensive with a starter a mains and a drink, $18.90+++ We ordered. Since it was not crowded, food was prepped pronto. Prego. The garlic bread 🥖 arrived and it was gude… no photos as it took us by surprise. Wow. The amatricia pasta arrived and pow wow, it was awesome! Smell so good, tasted even better! The beef salami pizza arrived and double wow… it was a very decent size that we took half of it tapao. Coffee… another good follow through to close a quickie lunch well. Power, we were still talking about the good lunch two hours later. 😅 Photos tell it, so check it…

Zuppa de mare is my favourite the taste never change after so long. The carbonara sauce is also very tasty. Beef cooked well. And Parma ham is generous in portion. Pizza normal. Will be back especially for the seafood soup and their pasta. Overall spending and dinning experience… worth it.

The food was great overall! The calamari could be a bit crispier, but still enjoyable. I had the aglio olio — the sauce was authentic, and I personally prefer it a little drier. Very fresh ingredients. My friend ordered the cream-based pasta, and it was rich, authentic, and satisfying!

This is our favourite Italian place. Their Raviolu verdict is simply amazing. The portions are good enough for a person. Just wish they improve the drinks - most are just shots.

This quaint restaurant chain has been around since I was a little girl, and it offers a genuine and homely experience of Southern Italian cuisine. I love home-baked bread with Olive Oil and Vinegar, as it was a simple yet authentic starter of my Italian cuisine. Unsurprisingly, the taste was tremendous! Portions were just right and the price was affordable for Italian fare! It was a perfect place to bring date for a meal.
