Ordered most of their speciality. Aside from the hainanese pork chop, the rest were well seasoned especially the pork belly which melts in your mouth. The begger chicken was tender and flavorful however a little too salty for me. Crab bee hoon was well fried and the crab, although small was fresh. Do give it a try but note that the unit can be a little stuffy and reservations are highly recommended.

Woahh best horfun in town after Hans! I enjoyed it in small bites coz it is that gooddd! $8 small (dry fried beef horfun), but actually it is not small portion at all. Definitely will come back

The price is slightly on the higher side. Portion wide, is enough for small eater. No aircon inside the shop. only fan. There's a outdoor seating too. I went on a weekday night, not crowded at all.

A great place for homey yummy food. We tried something different this time, that is baked chicken. Really tasty! Price is reasonable. To avoid crowds, be there before 7pm.

Have not eaten at this place for quite some time. The coffeeshop has not had a makeover & definitely still have the old school vibes. Great for people who like nostalgia. The food is decent though not mind blowing good, the Hainanese pork chop wasn’t really crispy, maybe because too much sauce was used? The best dish of the meal was the lotus root soup. A little pricey for a coffeeshop Zi Char in my opinion.
