Satay is served in a very clean and air-conditioned cafe. Four of us enjoyed a plate of gado-gado and 10 sticks each of mutton, chicken and beef satay. Gado-gado is the dry version and tastes good. The satay is meaty, nicely charred and well-flavoured. The thick peanut sauce coats the satay and condiments without dripping off. Definitely one of the best satay around!

Branch of the famous Haron Satay at East Coast Park. Clean and aircon environment. Satay 70cents per stick (beef, tripe, chicken, mutton), minimum order 20 sticks ($14). Meat is tender, marinade on the sweet side, nicely caramelised. Directly behind the bus stop. Limited free parking outside. Last order 9pm (closes 9.30pm).

Have been a loyal customer since early 80's. My sis a Keppel-FELS colleaque of PakCik Haron. So it pains me to complain about the horrible service. I won't even give it 1 star however I cannot post without it. Last Saturday we placed an order around 2pm. Was informed to pickup at 6.30pm. Arrived at cafe around 6.35pm - what a shock - they told us to pick up from stall at East Coast Food Village. they didn't tell us that when we ordered. Never happened before - we always picked up at Cafe. Went to the stall at Food Village, there - we were told to wait for 45 (FORTY-FIVE) MINUTES. They told us that they had alot of orders. Isn't the purpose of ordering early - to help you MANAGE your orders. Sadly this has been our experience for a couple of orders. However last Saturday's was the last straw. Couldn't cancelled the order because we paid for it. No choice!.

Come here relaks. not like East coast that is Crowded, smoky and hot. But must know where to park. Here satay just as nice but variety of Fd not many. So come here satay only. Wish they sell their chicken also here than complete
