Been meaning to try this for the longest time and I’m glad I did! I was looking for something healthy and tasty. Had the chicken for protein, pita bread, cauliflower, eggplant and some cucumber tomato veg. They were all good! I really liked the cauliflower and eggplant! And most importantly for me, the pita was served piping hot and fluffy! Not a fan of beetroot so I didn’t order the soup 🤭 Will definitely come back again. 🫵🏻

My first impression at the counter wasn’t pleasant. While I was deciding what to order, the staff member looked grumpy and impatient. When I finally placed my order, he seemed annoyed and rushed, which made the experience uncomfortable. When the food arrived, it looked fine at first. The first bite of the charred cauliflower tasted good, and we initially thought it was quite nice. However, from the second bite onwards, we noticed it was mushy and had an unpleasant smell. We couldn’t finish it. It honestly tasted like it had gone bad — either stale ingredients or poorly prepared. The chicken breast also had a slightly sour taste, which was worrying. Both the cauliflower and chicken were reheated in the microwave before serving. On top of that, this is the slowest salad place I’ve visited. At most salad outlets, your bowl is assembled immediately after you choose your ingredients. Here, we had to wait quite a while as the staff slowly reheated and prepared everything. I considered giving feedback on the spot, but given the staff’s attitude, I didn’t feel comfortable doing so. I truly hope my partner and I don’t get food poisoning. Overall, very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. The mushy, smelly cauliflower is something I unfortunately won’t forget.

This was my first visit to Ēnseeds at the Siglap outlet, and I’m really impressed! I tried their Mediterranean seabass Bowl and it was delicious from start to finish. The ingredients felt fresh and thoughtfully put together — every bite was satisfying without being overly heavy. The seabass was well-seasoned, and the roasted cauliflower and shimeji mushrooms was delicious . I could really taste the care in how it was prepared — it felt wholesome and real, not like your typical fast food. The ambience at the Siglap outlet was welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful — a great first experience overall. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Delicious and nutritious bowls with interesting sides :) Had the Rosemary Chicken Bowl with pita bread & grain (half and half). Loved the Cauliflower and Shuka Shuka sides most! Went back another time and had the Salmon Ochazuke - so comforting and the tofu was the best part, so silken and soft. A fuss-free, clean and comfortable place with friendly staff ✨

Tried en seeds for the first time today. The rosemary chicken was very juicy despite being breast meat. The salmon was grilled to perfection and wasn’t dry at all. The grilled pumpkin was sweet, while the hummus was creamy and good. The pita was fresh and chewy too. Expected a small portion based on the reviews but it was surprisingly substantial. Would order again!
