Delicious Food & Cozy Ambiance at Biryani Concepts @ Siglap! Visited Biryani Concepts @ Siglap for the first time and was truly impressed! Ordered their signature 1-for-1 Chicken Biryani, and it did not disappoint. The rice was perfectly prepared—fluffy and fragrant—paired with tender chicken, a hard-boiled egg, crispy papadum, and a delicious serving of malai & broccoli that added a unique twist to the dish. To complement the meal, I had their masala tea—made without sugar but still full of rich, authentic flavors. And the highlight of the evening? Their in-house dessert, featuring jackfruit ice cream and a charming tiny wine glass filled with five different fruit cubes—a refreshing and unique treat recommended by the chef. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting ambiance, making it a great place to chill out with friends. Definitely a spot worth visiting for good food and a relaxing dining experience. We visited the biryani concepts last week for our 6th Insta buddies meet up and the food and service was very nice . We had biryanis both veg and non veg and some refreshing drinks . I also had the samosa chaat which was quite good . Great ambience and the team was very accomodating . Mr Govinda , Saran and Reagan made sure we had a good time over great food

Inconspicuous restaurant with excellent service. I think the dishes are delicious and appetising. You are hitted by the aroma when they are being served. Dishes are frill free, and the spice level can be tailored according to your request. Quite a wide selection of alcohol.

We had chicken dum biryani and fish head curry (half portion) and crispy cauliflower. Portion was more than enough for 2 people. Fish was really fresh. Food were really good. Staff was friendly and gave recommendations. Will be back again.

We had a gathering there on Thursday, 23rd January, and everything about the visit was absolutely wonderful. The staff members, Saran and Reagan, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
