Came here for dinner on a weekday evening. There was a good dinner crowd at the restaurant. Having meals here brings back nostalgic memories from my younger days as a student and youth. Even though the restaurant was almost full, the quality of food served was great - leaving me with a happy tummy. We were well taken care of by Jayden. He was moving between tables - cleaning, seating new diners, serving food and yet he delivered wonderful and friendly service. Well done!

Fd was superb. Got the chicken basket, carbonara and ice cream. Service was a bit slow but still polite. No weird smell in the air except for yummy food. Soup of that day was cream of carrots. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. Very very good value for money if you come for a weekday lunch as a student. For below 10 dollars you get a generous portion of food, I got pasta, fries and a coke zero would come again

I celebrated my Dad’s birthday at Swensen’s @ Bedok Mall on 15 Jul 2026 and it was great! My Dad redeemed the free Firehouse Birthday Sundae and of cos the free daily sundae. We were served by Kai Jie, who was really friendly and attentive to our requests! Kudos to him for his excellent service!

Dining environment really noisy as the setup has no acoustic properties. It was really noisy and I can hardly hear my dining companion talking. Food service time was rather quick and the wait staff provided my requests very quickly. The fried chicken in basket was served piping hot and crispy. The seafood mee goreng was pretty nice and had prawns, sotong, and fish. Not spicy but was tasty. The soup unfortunately was a tad salty. Wish they can change supplier of the canned soup.
