I have been ordering the Braised E-Fu Noodles with Prawn Roe at Canton Paradise every time I dine there, and it has never failed to delight my palate. However, on 27 August 2026, I ordered the same dish again, and unfortunately, it was the worst I have ever had. The noodles were dry, there was insufficient sauce, the dish was lacking in flavour, and there were noticeably fewer mushrooms than usual. For a restaurant of Canton Paradise’s standard, I find this very disappointing, especially considering the price of $18. I hope the kitchen team can look into this and ensure that the quality and consistency of this dish are maintained. Please take this feedback seriously and improve the dish to the standard that your customers have come to expect.

Had an early dinner here yesterday, we came early (6pm) so it was not crowded. Ordered these dishes: Pork Ribs - 7/10 Wasabi prawn - 7/10 Garlic Kai Lan- 6/10 Claypot fish - 7/10 $121 for 3 pax (with rice & Chinese tea) Overall ok meal, but Dian Xiao Er (also in Bedok Mall) provides better value.

I recently visited Canton Paradise and had a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant wasn’t crowded when we arrived, so we were seated immediately. Ordering was done via a QR code, which was convenient and easy to use. We ordered the Steamed Pork Dumplings (Siew Mai), Steamed Rice Rolls with BBQ Pork Filling (叉烧蒸肠粉), Yang Zhou Fried Rice (with prawns), and Wok-Fried Traditional Hometown Vermicelli (with prawns), along with some drinks. The food arrived quickly and was served hot, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The dishes were flavorful and satisfying overall. The restaurant is spacious enough to accommodate both large families and couples, making it suitable for different group sizes. The staff were also friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, I would recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. I joined the dine in queue with my family and waited for a staff to come serve us. To our dismay, another family just walked to the counter side, and the staff showed them in first. What's the point of the dine in queue if you are not going to prioritize people who follow instructions and queue there accordingly? Instead you let people just cut the queue and seat then first. This is a matter of customer service, and I feel like this is very very disappointing from such a big corporate chain. The staff who seated the customer who cut the queue was Xiu Xiao. Please take note that the cups served also had visible stains and doesn't seem to be clean at all.

Canton Paradise at Bedok is a solid spot for satisfying dim sum cravings. The roast duck was tender and flavorful with perfectly crisp skin, while the pork dishes were juicy and well-seasoned. The baos were soft and fluffy with generous fillings, and the hor fun was smooth, fragrant, and nicely wok-kissed. Overall, comforting Cantonese flavors done well.
