Fried Oyster : 5/10 rating Fried oyster is just average and for $5, there’s only 4-5 small oysters. Also the fried egg is quite dry and I think lacked of starch mixed when they fried. Certainly I can easily find other stalls that have much better standard comparing to this 85 Bedok North Fried Oyster. I will not eat this stall again in future.

Had the small ($5) fried oyster last night. 2 out of 4 oysters were smelly. Spit them out after taking a bite, tried my best not to swallow, just eat the egg. Today wake up still diarrhoea. Food used to be good but standards are horrible now. The uncle taking orders attitude worse than the food. Would give lesser than 1 star if possible. Do not recommend.

The fried prawn noodles were disappointing as the taste and appearance did not come together well; the noodles and prawn base failed to gel, resulting in a lackluster experience. Meanwhile, the fried oyster cake had a generous serving size but was too oily and overly floury, with too little egg content, which affected the overall texture and flavor balance. Both dishes could benefit from better ingredient harmony and frying technique to enhance enjoyment.

Stick to their best, their Fried Oyster. $5 portion has 4 oysters, quite fresh. Egg to starch ratio just nice, chilli also bangin. Hokkien Mee was on the wet side which I’m personally not a fan of but I liked that their yellow noodles don’t have the alkaline taste. No pork lard unfortunately. Chilli was good tho. Had this around 1pm on a Sunday, so no need to wait too long.

BUY ONLY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY Don't waste time. One $4 carrot cake wait 30mins. Ask uncle nicely why people get their food within 5mins of queuing and I need wait 30mins. He say don't want wait don't wait. Threw the $4 back to me.
