Ordered the beef noodle which cost $7. Price seems to be a bit on the high side as the meat slice and noodle portion isn’t that much. Taste wise, it was pretty decent and traditional. Beef soup is thick and tasty (not those MSG type) and you can taste that it is well prepared with a lot of effort. The stall is manned by 2 aunties who seemed to be of some age but they are quite quick in cooking. I would say we can support our hawkers in their craft.

Reading that it will be closed early August, I decided to give it a try before the stall owners retire. The ingredients are really great but it’s a bit too bland for my liking. I have tried many Hainanese beef noodles before and this is really on the bland side but I have not ordered the soup version. The stall owners mentioned that they have been in the business for over 30 years and it’s time to take rest because the coffeeshop is undergoing a major renovation soon.

Came here quit a few times previously just to try this Hainanese beef noodle but to no available. Decided to give this place a try again and I was glad that it was finally opened for business. Came here previously for the minced meat noodle stall from the same coffeeshop the previous time. The beef noodle here comes in either dry or soup. The prices start from SGD$7 onwards/ Ordered their smallest portion which was SGD$7. i had their thick vermicelli dry beef noodle with just sliced beef. the beef's doneness was spot on. Gravy was flavorful and the consistency was good. Noodle was topped with generous amount of crushed peanuts and fried shallots. Chili was tangy and helps to cut through the richness of the whole dish. Overall, very good bowl of Hainanese beef noodle. A bit on the pricy side. Currently the most expensive bowl i have tried in Singapore.

The soup is damn flavourful. I love it and had 2 bowls of it. However, I got a good feeling that it has quite a fair bit of MSG where I got kind of thirsty after that. Another hit is the sliced beef is very well cooked therefore it is tender and nice! The dry version will have a dark sauce over it which can be subjective to each taste buds. I like it but my buddy doesn't as it took sweet to his liking. BTW THERE ARE CLOSING FOR GOOD IN 2 MONTHS TIME,

Simple but extremely flavourful. The gravy in the dry beef noodles is really tasty but isn’t salty and all the ingredients like the sliced beef and organs were fresh and soft. The soup also packs a punch. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
