The kway chap here is not bad. The soup has a nice herbal taste and I noticed they also added goji berries(枸杞), which makes the soup more fragrant and slightly sweet. The ingredients are fresh and the portion is quite decent. Overall, a satisfying meal and worth trying.

Overall a damn good bowl of duck kway cap Soup has that nice herbal taste, kway was rinsed well it doesn't dilute the soup $7 but a lot of ingredients so well worth Duck sauce has that nice savoury broth that's thick, just what you'd expect. Intestine were clean and super tender and braised well. Tau pok was so soft. Even has 3 layer pork Duck can be slightly dry but ehhh, goes well with that sour chili, just what you'd expect. Almost as good as perfect. Hard to find this level and above

Nicely braised duck and pig intestines, tau pok, fish cake, braised egg, pork belly. They have yam rice, Kway chap and porridge. Teochew version so the sauce was not the black type. Old coffee shop, toilets were quite shabby.

The coffeeshop is too warm to eat in comfort so ordered takeaway. One pax portion of $11 + $0.60 for 2 containers . Some duck meat, 5 slices of pig skin, half a bean curd puff. I admire the cook knife's skill to be able to slice the meat so thin, almost as thin as the pig skin. Dry, fibrous and tasteless without the sweet gooey herbal-ish but meatless taste sauce. Saving grace is the rice that although I wish can be smoky like a good yam rice should be. Extra chilli requested need to pay.

I enjoyed the signature duck set $6.80 has a good serving portion. The braised duck is lovely and not gamey. The dark sauce yam rice is delicious. However, it’s rather warm at the coffee shop though.
