Enjoyed the cold sesame milk and appreciate the 1-for-1 soy drink National Day special. Quite appreciated not being nickel and dimed with the 1-for-1 offer - it was extended to a bunch of their different drinks, rather than the super small print oriented way a lot of FNBs in Singapore do their offers. Thats actually quite rare. Found it funny the way their AI generated mascot had a 'signature'. But then, perhaps I'm not keeping up with the times. Call me traditional. I don't understand celebrity worship. Much less so the possibility of celebrity worship for an acknowledged AI mascot. ???????? I liked it, but could see that stwawbaewie bae needed more sesame inside.

One of the better Mr Bean franchises: (1) no queue (2) reception ladies are friendly or at least neutral. there used to be a guy here that was overfriendly while forgetting your order, im glad he’s gone (3) pancakes have a rather high turnover despite no queue, so the pancakes turn out fresh and crispy (4) they were the last few franchises to add cheese to their egg mayo pancakes (price inflation and i hate cheese) I order the cold soy milk kosong and egg mayo pancake on a biweekly sometimes daily basis.

Had a very bad customer service experience from the staff, Kim Luan, today. I placed my order and she immediately turned her body to face the machine and asked in a soft voice, which obviously I couldn't hear her due to the different direction and booths behind me. When I misunderstood and repeated my order gently, she immediately turned around and shouted in chinese 'Want sugar or not la'. At that moment I was taken aback at how rude a service sector staff can be. The next customer behind me repeatedly tried to converse with her about his orders but she ignored him and faced the POS system non stop until the colleague behind her stepped in to reply the customer. Buck up on your customer service and staff training Mr Bean, none of your customer owes you a living even though your products are much more expensive than neighbourhood stalls.

The spicy minced chicken and mushroom with wholemeal grain is suppose to be a healthy option but the minced chicken is too salty. Hope they can reduce the amount of salt.

Not a big fan of Mr. Bean in general but this outlet is great thanks their auntie who is also a pleasure to buy from! +1 for adding meat free protein options to their menu.
