Quiet eatery at the Toa Payoh West CC with decent zi char. My hubby & I shared an egg gravy horfun & a hotplate bean curd. We were pleasantly surprised by the large prawns - 1 in the horfun & 2 in the hotplate. We could hear the wok in the kitchen & taste the wok hey 😊 We found it rather tasty, hopefully not MSG, but we’ll only know later 😅

The food was really really really bad the egg tofu was. Terrible we are unable to eat pork and forced us to get the pork one despite us telling us the egg tofu is white and the prawns in the egg tofu looks white and uncooked the cereal prawn is terrible very very bad super terrible the first soup is tastless and bland the chicken in the egg tofu is lioe saw flavour less tarrible

Convenient and family friendly place for food, best part is that it is air-conditioned. A lot of room for improvement for the food quality, 3 stars for food. 5 stars for the friendly and helpful uncle.

Limited selection but if you are lazy to go elsewhere, this is quite a good place to eat. Honestly the tze char can pass! I was truly surprised. There's also other food as shown in my photos.

The neighbourhood cafe offers nasi lemak, kaya butter toast, roasted meat over rice, sliced fish soup, delicious local zichar dishes and a variety of refreshing drinks, both freshly brewed and canned. Indoor seating with Aircon.
