The present new counter staff is not friendly and not helpful. Prefer old staff who have better attitude. Was buying at 930pm before 10pm. The staff were busy closing sliding door. The lady taking order was like hurrying.. Was standing there waiting, when my order completed she just place it there, without notify me, no thank you. F&B attitude should not like this

My favorite brewed tea show in Toa Payoh! Good service lead, Moon… smart, fast and agile with orders taking and serving beverages to customers… the queue moves fast (systematic), so I always get my drink fast despite multiple streams of orders coming in. Please reward this girl, hardworking good attitude… Another thing I like about whale Is their app, thou simple app, not heavily customized… I can still spin the wheel for weekly vouchers and clock points to exchange toppings. They even pushed out birthday voucher during birthday month… Thank you very much, Whale 🐳 Team! Psss, my favorite drinks - osmanthus green tea, gardenia milk tea with rose jelly yummmzzz and their basic dong ding tea

drink was refreshing and nice. staff also polite and customer-oriented. initially want to give 5 stars but after i finished my drink and saw the mint leaf (yellowish)..have to minus 2 stars.

One of the bigger bbt stalls in Toa Payoh. For the pistachio lovers, this was a sweet treat bc even with no sugar, the pistachio jam had sugar. Ensure that u mix the jam well into the milk drink before drinking. The textures play very well together the crunchiness of the nuts and the creamy milk and indulgent jam together and even better if u add the collagen jelly topping omg it’s so good. The price is ex but they also give u a cookie so I guess it’s quite worth. They also get the drinks out quite fast

Service was good, tea was average. I bought the Honey Dong Ding Oolong from around dinner rush hour, and though the wait was a while, the staff were friendly. And even when I went back to ask if they forgot the honey, they didn't question, just added it in for me. Though the quality of tea could be better. I couldn't taste either the honey or much of the tea at first, so I took two stars off, and added one back for the good service.
