Attended an event hosted here on 28th june 2026. Food is acceptable but the staffs cleared our tables without asking while we were queing up to take photos. Most of us have not even taken the dessert yet. I understand the staff wants to pack and leave earlier, but its not even 930pm yet. Really left a bad impression.
View on GoogleCelebrated Mother's Day at Jubilee Garden. We ordered set menu. Enjoyed the dishes, mainly the premium 5 cold dish delights, prawn with mayonnaise salad, Shark Fin soup, roasted chicken, prawns with glass noodle and the cold dessert, Roselle Aloe Vera Jelly with lychee. However, the stir fry noodle with crab roe and silver sprouts was tasteless and steam garoupa with soya sauce was not fresh and disappointing. The asparagus with fish maw and cuttlefish was alright. Surprised that fish was not fresh considering it is under Qian Xi Restaurant where I expect a certain standard. The whole restaurant was compartmentised into a few sections according to the no of customers for the event. The big ballroom is meant for big events and ambience is nice.
View on Googlerecently attended a gathering / celebration on New Year's Eve with over 100 tables at jubilee garden restaurant, and the main hall was able to accommodate 87 tables, albeit being cramped. food was good! very traditional yet still quite elaborate with all the courses that are typical of a chinese meal. dishes served include a 6 dish platter, roasted chicken, abalone, cereal prawns, fried grouper and soup which were all tasty. impressed by how spacious and wide the restaurant was, and how many tables could be accommodated, with many screens surrounding the restaurant. will recommend this place for large gatherings for sure! only gripe was the service was not great - it could be because of the tight schedule and the sheer number of people hence have 'forgiven' it in my ratings this time. also understand they are part time.
View on GoogleHeld my wedding dinner at Jubilee Garden Restaurant. Torrence and Banquet Manager Kent were very prompt in their replies. They guided us through the procession and the program, constantly assuring us that things will turn out well. They were also very helpful, polite and generous. The food was delicious and value for money. Portions were big and our guests loved the food. Thank you so much for making our wedding dinner such a special one. Greatly appreciated. (Photos featured were taken during our food tasting session.)
