I visited the KOI outlet at Woodleigh Mall on 20th March and honestly, I was hesitant to raise any issues—partly because, in past experiences, I’ve just thought, “Don’t bother, I’ll figure it out myself.” The app ordering can be a bit complex—scrolling through a long list of items, and I didn’t feel like talking to anyone. But this time, everything changed. The outlet manager was truly kind. She noticed I was struggling and came out to the kiosk to offer help. I explained I was having trouble redeeming a drink, and she walked me through it, solving everything on the spot. After that, I ordered my usual—Wildflower Honey Chrysanthemum Tea. It’s a drink I often choose, even though I’d say it’s just average. But with that exceptional service, the drink somehow tasted better—it’s hard to explain, but that personal care lifted the entire experience to a new level.

Smooth milk tea, grass jelly is not bad, now they've expanded their non caffeine options, kids love their peach juice and sakura konjac jelly. This outlet is at basement near exit to outdoors. Wait was quite long coz quite a few customers including deliveries. Download the app, pay sgd12 to get sgd12 bucks credits, can use on the spot. Ordering done through kiosk. Macaroons offered now, quite expensive at sgd3.9 per piece. Don't think we'll try it.

Missing order from my drink and stall inefficiencies. I’m not one to give out reviews but what prompt me to review is that this is the 2nd time my order has a missing topping in it. The stall is also inefficient as i had waited over 30 minutes for a single drink before. Very ridiculous service, might as well close down!

Standard KOI stall. After visiting so many KOI, finally signed up for membership here. Downloaded the app, bought the membership card for $12 (with $12 value within, and 3 vouchers to be used within 3 months). The drinks are standard, no complaints

very unfriendly, unclear instructions and dismissive service at this outlet I was waiting to place my order at the kiosk because i wanted to pay with HPB vouchers without rushing anyone as I saw that they were quite busy with delivery orders, but then the staff told me to order at the kiosk, to which I explained that I wanted to use the HPB voucher hence I need to pay here (usually that’s what other koi outlets told me to do) then she said “ya there can use”, then i went to the kiosk to place my order but there was no option to select this voucher so i cancelled my order and asked the other staff, who said that the kiosk cannot use HPB voucher, so then I approached another staff and she said that I could order at the kiosk but pay here, but I told her that I don’t have that option, then she say “have” and just walked away, so i went back to order my drinks for the SECOND time, and took a picture and showed her. and she finally came out to help me then she say “cannot click member” so she just cancelled all my order and said “order again” so i had to key in my order for the THIRD time, and finally go to the counter to pay for my order. really would have appreciated it if I got clear instructions from the start because I had staffs telling me different info and so unkind to help
