I strongly believe CHICHA San Chen is serious about the business in Singapore. Every outlet has its own unique vibe. I have visited Marina Sq, Kallang Wave Mall, Northpoint City and now Woodleigh. Mango Cream Pie is my second favourite. Gotten a best 1for1 deal today. Cheers.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews and rarely complain about service because I appreciate service staff. However, I must agree with other users who commented on the poor service. Service staff was condescending and reflected an appalling lack of hospitality. During my order I asked a simple question on remedying the voucher and she looked absolutely frustrated that she was spoken to… and at drink collection, she looked unwilling to pack my drink and did not respond when K expressed my appreciation (really out of courtesy) with a “thank you”. For Chicha to remain relevant, it needs to look into service standards too. I was there on 4 Aug, at 3.20pm. I suggest that the management identify that staff and do some serious retraining — to retain your regular customers.

Very rude staff, we are asking if the new product can made changes like customisation, this girl got impatient and walked off, leaving us at the cashier and her colleague had to come over to help. Come on we are old folks and don’t want cream or bubbles, is it that hard to understand? And throughout the conversation, I was still smiling until she walked away. The boy saved our day! Not going back anymore despite having a membership.
