Marsh Garden is one of the quieter and more underrated corners of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. There’s a rich history to this garden, and the heritage signage adds an interesting layer while exploring the area What I enjoyed most was how natural and peaceful the environment feels compared to more manicured sections of the gardens. The winding stone paths, lily-covered ponds, and dense tropical greenery create a relaxing atmosphere that almost feels like stepping into a small rainforest wetland There’s also plenty of wildlife if you slow down and observe carefully - I spotted dragonflies hovering over the water as well as water stick insects among the ponds
View on Google🪻Marsh Garden is an unassuming small area in Botanic Gardens that is often missed by vistors. 🌾Situated nearby the Swan Lake, the low-lying Marsh Garden features a marshland habitat with flora and fuana that are uniquely adapted to the swampy environment. 🐟A small stream manders through Marsh Garden providing an aquatic habitat to its rich flora and fuana. 🐝Good to pay a visit to Marsh Garden when in Botanic Gardens.

View on GoogleBeautiful photos taken of the Marsh Garden and of the reflection at the neighbouring Swan Lake this morning. The only gripe I had was that the Marsh Garden was too near the main road (Holland Road).
