Came here again for their unique dim sum and their food quality is still excellent. Same goes to their service quality too. This time other than dim sum, tried their fish plate and chicken feet with abalone claypot. Some possible suggestions to add onto the unique dim sum menu are rice rolls with scallops, baby abalone on siew mai, abalone in har gao, pork ribs in abalone sauce too. Will go again to try other food next time round.

View on GoogleLucky was serving us and she was very attentive to all our requests even though we were being difficult with our food choices. The Peking Duck was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly crispy skin and incredibly flavorful. Ambience, food and service made this evening enjoyable
View on GoogleDim Sum Lunch at Shang Palace once again. Steam dumpling with assorted seafood, fish maw and abalone in supreme broth is a must order. Another favourite is the steamed crystal dumpling with assorted mushroom and black truffle a must order. The usual suspects of Shrimp dumplings, Siew Mai, Xiao long bao, rice flour roll with shrimp and BbQ pork. The unusual bean curd skin with foie gras and scallop and deep fried spring roll with shredded roasted duck and chives. From the alacarte menu, we had the crispy chicken, spinach with salted egg and a beef hor fun. The red bean shaved ice and herbal jelly desserts was ok. Lunch was yummilicious. The service wasn’t as good as before and if the staff put in more effort it would be a perfect 5/5.
View on GoogleDining at Shang Palace in Shangri-La Singapore was a truly elegant Cantonese experience. We tried two tasting menus, Feng Huang Dan Cong and West Lake Long Jing, and both showed a lot of thought in presentation, ingredient pairing, and overall flow. both menus delivered a very satisfying fine-dining Cantonese experience. The service, atmosphere, and food presentation were all in line with Shang Palace’s premium reputation. It is the kind of place that feels suitable for a special occasion, business meal, or a leisurely family dinner when you want something elegant and memorable.
