Had lunch, amd ordered a HK style pomfret with rice and a side of tau geh.. The pomfret was a decent size, with steaming soya sauce marinade wass really nice to add to the hot bowl of rice. There's a sourish/vinegary chilli dip that works really well with everything. Paid $8.80. Think it is decent value. Will eat again.

Shout out to steam fish at level one. Did a Teochew style sea bass tail, as I wanted to have proteins before exercise. Very fresh and good size piece! Yummy and good pricing too! Will return for more

This is probably one of the most affordable food spots you can find near the CBD area. A bowl of chendol for just $1.70, it’s really hard to find prices like this nowadays. Most of the customers here are elderly, the desserts are not too sweet.

Good variety here in Margaret drive. I advise you to try the steamed fish here, relatively new stall on the first floor! Value for money! Just avoid the vietnamese stall on the second floor though, worst spring rolls I've ever tasted to be honest.

High ceiling with giant fans make this hawker center airy and seats are spacious. Although it still smells at times. Downstairs western stall opens 6pm plus. Portions are hugh so sharing is advised for small eaters or bring a container to tabao remainder fries and baked potato. New steamed fish stall serves a hearty meal with generous portion of fish. Upstairs western gives old school vibes and taste. Opens in the day and closes by evening. Wanton mee upstairs facing the road has yummy dumplings, love it for early breakfast. Vegetarian store long queue often. Thunder tea rice long queue all the time. Dessert store at the corner facing the hdb flats has great variety and yummy desserts. New roasted meat stall with delicious black sauce chicken with char siew noodles.
