This is a rotating viewing platform with panoramic views of Sentosa and the ports of the Harbourfront. The platform seats about 16 people. It’s lifted upwards slowly, while rotating slowly and continues rotating when it reaches its apex. The views are stunning from the top. One of the staff accompanies the visitors in the middle of the platform, does a little commentary and also takes photos and videos all for free, so kudos for that. The ride lasts for about 15 minutes, but worth it.

It is an elevator bring you up high to have a 360° view of the singapore skyline. It is a great view however it is not worth the $18 per pax ticket. I got on this with the package with oceanarium so i did not mind it but highly do not recommend for the price paying as you sit there for 10 minutes and then come down. You can get better view from the nearby skybridge at fort siliso.

SkyHelix Sentosa is a really nice attraction if you’re looking for something scenic, relaxing, and a bit unique in Singapore. Miss Cassandra took nice photo and explained well! SkyHelix Sentosa is an open-air, gently rotating gondola that slowly lifts you up into the sky while giving you a 360-degree view of Sentosa, the southern coast, and even parts of mainland Singapore on a clear day. The experience is calm rather than thrilling, so it’s suitable for families, couples, and even older visitors who prefer something scenic instead of scary rides. One of the best things about SkyHelix is the slow and steady rotation. You don’t feel rushed at all. As the gondola rises, you get more and more of the skyline—starting from greenery and resort areas, then moving up to ocean views and city buildings in the distance. It’s especially beautiful during late afternoon when the sun starts to set, because the lighting becomes soft and golden. The seating is open-air, so you really feel the breeze, which makes the whole ride quite refreshing, especially in Singapore’s warm weather. Some rides even include a drink or snack, which adds a nice touch to the experience while you enjoy the view. It’s also very photo-friendly. Many people take pictures or short videos because every angle gives a different backdrop—sea, sky, cable cars, and Sentosa attractions below. Overall, SkyHelix Sentosa is not about adrenaline—it’s about relaxing, enjoying the moment, and taking in the view from above. It’s a good stop to include in a Sentosa day trip, especially after visiting places like Mount Faber or the beaches.

Amazing views! Relaxing and great breeze! Best done at night with the lights! The gentlemen who took us up was lovely, answered all our questions about what we could see in our views and was very entertaining! Thankyou!! From the 3 girls from Perth on May 19th last session!

The Skyhelix was a great experience and I would recommend doing it at night for a better view of the surroundings with the building lights on. I want to thank Iraa for being a helpful guide and keeping me company. I was probably the last one and only one up there being a solo traveler.
