Staff are friendly, Food variety is decent but quality is not up to standard. Considering a 5-star hotel, I think the food quality is not up to standard. Food serves mostly cold, and this is the test of quality of food. The bread is not tasty, the char siew Bao is harden, and the fried noddle taste normal. Overall, the food is worst off than normal cafe. Quite a disappointment having to have my breakfast there. Will never visit again.

Went for 2019 Halloween buffet, because I wanted to bring my sister to a buffet in Sentosa and there wasn’t much options. Have to say the dessert is quite bad, despite looking good. The server was also very insistent to upsell us drinks (my sister is underaged, ummm). We had to decline him a few times.

We came here as a group, so the dishes were preordered. Service could be improved and the food quality was left much to be desired. The seafood penne was too aldente to chew, although my friend’s order came with a tomato based sauce which was much nicer. The mushroom soup was good and so were the desserts. The fish and chips were a little soggy. Our glasses had stains on them as well.

Having Coeliac Disease is a big struggle in Singapore. Thank you to all the breakfast staff at sessions. I struggled with gluten free items on Sentosa Island and the team went above and beyond to cater for my dietary requirements. They offered me g/f bread and cereal plus the offering of fruit, fruit juice, eggs made up any way you like them, rice. Even if your not a coeliac there was plenty of variety and the buffet breakfast was not that expensive compared to other hotels on the main island of Singapore.

Terrible service. Forgot our order. Just mentioned that the machine was jammed, no apology given. And it was not even crowded. The food was nice. Nice meaty crab and flavorful sirloin steak. I will have given a higher rating if not for the poor service.
