We had an amazing stay at the Equarius Ocean Suite. The suite was beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.||A special shoutout to our lovely butlers, Berry and Munyee. Both of them were exceptionally sweet, attentive and patient throughout our stay. They were patient to accommodate our requests and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.||Their warm and genuine service really added to the overall experience. Heartfelt thank you, Berry and Munyee, for taking such good care of us and making our stay so memorable! ❤️||Definitely a wonderful experience and one we would be happy to come back to.

Great Hotel for relaxation. Friendly staff with good service. Love the minibar with good varieties. Spacious room clean. Only feedback on their semi buffet breakfast has room for improvement in the quality of main (a bit oily) yet the bread selection good and tasty Pretty good salad bar which make up the short fall of the main selection. Gym is good

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Suites to celebrate our daughter’s 7th birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience for the whole family.||The warm hospitality from the butler team really stood out. From helping to fetch us around to making sure our requests were taken care of, they were attentive, friendly and always ready to help. Their service made the stay feel extra special.||The room itself was fantastic, especially the incredible view of the aquarium. Waking up and watching the fishes swimming by right outside our room was such a unique experience, and our daughter absolutely loved it.||Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a wonderful way to celebrate her birthday. The combination of the amazing room, unique aquarium experience and excellent butler service made it a stay we will remember for a long time. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for something a little different and special.

My experience here was truly exceptional! ✨ The location is superb, and the service staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. 👍 While the rooms could use a refresh, everything else made for a fantastic stay. I'd definitely recommend it! 💯

We went to Adventure Cove for the day. A lot of places seemed to be under maintenance and the lines for the slides were very long. We onky dif 3 slides all day. That being said it was still a very relaxed and enjoyable day. Lazy river is very calming, especially when you get to the stingrays.
