Waited for 30 min & pressed the call bell 6 times before a waitress came over to take our order. Ordered our food at 7.30pm but order was only sent in at 7.49pm. Waited till 8.17pm but food was not served. Pressed call bell 5 times, none of the waiters nor waitresses came over to our table. We had to manually stopped them to ask if our food is coming as we are all starving. The waitress just replied that it’s coming & went away. The so called “steak” came & it looked rather sad because all we could see is 2 eggs with fries. (See picture attached). They didn’t even refill our glasses until we stopped them again. How do they even deserve to get the service charge?

Severely understaffed. They are running an operation beyond what they can handle. Vongole pasta came became vongole soup (pictured). Did not serve the oysters until after the mains. Did not clear any plates, look at the oyster platter melting into a pool. Beer came at almost room temperature. Very sub par quality. Their management seriously needs to tighten up their operation.

This was my first time visiting the Sentosa outlet, and we went on a Sunday evening with a reservation, it was super crowded, which speaks to its popularity. The menu here is slightly different from the other outlet. We ordered the Spanish grilled octopus, black cod, sashimi platter, and spaghetti vongole. As usual, the restaurant delivers on top-quality seafood with a huge variety, and most of the dishes were as good as always. We were informed that they had run out of clams and would replace the spaghetti vongole with more crabmeat. While it was still alright, it didn’t quite feel like a vongole without the clams. The sashimi platter was a bit of a miss for me……at this price point, I felt I could have gotten better quality elsewhere. That said, the octopus and black cod were excellent and lived up to expectations. A big shout out to manager Madhu, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. When he found out we were celebrating a birthday, he kindly offered us a cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, despite a few minor misses with the food, the service truly elevated the experience, and I would definitely return again.

We had a very enjoyable meal and the food was excellent overall. The quality of the dishes and the dining ambience made for a lovely experience. There was unfortunately a small service lapse involving our grilled seabream order, which appeared to have been missed due to a miscommunication with the male server who initially took our order. When we later checked with the waitress regarding the delay, the response felt somewhat dismissive rather than apologetic. That said, the food itself was very good and we genuinely enjoyed the meal. With just a little more attentiveness and sincerity in handling such situations, the overall experience would have been outstanding. We hope the team will take this feedback constructively, as it would be wonderful to see the service standards fully match the quality of the food.

Dining experience at Greenwood Fish Market is elevated by its fantastic atmosphere right along the Sentosa marina. The seafood is exceptionally fresh, and the beef is equally impressive with a rich, savory flavor. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoying meal while taking in the serene waterfront views.
