The coffee itself is undeniably good, but the overall experience falls short of the premium price tag. A few points that made the $9.48 Flat White hard to justify: • The "Double Shot" Tax: Their standard Flat White comes as a single shot. Adding a second shot costs an extra $2, which feels steep for what is considered a standard preparation elsewhere. • Zero Service: Despite the high price, this is a self-service setup. I had to head to the counter to pick up my own drink. • No Basics: There was no water station available; if you want water to cleanse your palate, you have to buy that separately as well.

Baristart Coffee Singapore @ Siloso Beach (Sentosa). The dessert 🍦 was savoury and the staff 👍 took time to made it look so cute 🫠. It is located by the seaside, therefore you may enjoy the seaview ⛱️ and feel the cosy sea breeze 🌊 blow on you while savouring 😋 the delicious dessert. Thiis location or nearby here in Sentosa has different decorations based on the current seasons or various festivals. Some examples of the past and present decorations : *New Year 🎉, January. *🇸🇬 Singapore National Day, August. *❄️ Christmas ☃️ December. Fan of their cream puffs but the other offerings were unfortunately disappointing. Mocha felt like watered-down hot chocolate. Their croissant is pretty small, not flaky, and overly crisp, feels like it was overly re-heated. The seaweed butter that came with the croissant was pretty tasty but I was bummed out by the amount. For the prices I somehow expected more. Limited seats with tables (4) and the area is pretty stuffy. Convenient to get to, right by one of the tram stops. Don’t think I’ll ever return to dine at their cafes but the cream puffs are still worth a try.

I had the milk soft serve milk ice cream and even though it melted quickly in the hot Singapore weather, it tasted absolutely delicious, decadently milky with a smooth luxurious texture. My friends tried the flat white and cream puffs and had nothing but praises for them both. The seating is pretty limited, but its a great energy boost for your Sentosa trip.

June 2024 - Good location as it makes you want to stop and have a iced coffee and ice cream in the hot weather. - Prices are what you'd expect of a tourist location. - Coffee is decent. - Good spot to relax a while, and near the beach.
