Value for money is not what I'd use to describe this place. But overall the ingredients used for the six star pizza (what you see in the photo is a full size) were still pretty fresh and flavourful. Though it wasn't cheap by any means. Paid $92 for a full pizza, crab cake side dish and a single coke as they don't serve tap water. We were sat outside as they had a private event inside. The seats on the outdoor area are in need of some re-upholstering as it's pretty dirty and pretty uncomfortable to sit for long. Overall, wouldn't really come back here, but I guess it's a nice experience sitting by the river to eat if you're into that.
View on GoogleA compelling hidden dining lounge tucked behind Il Clay’s wood-fired oven at Clarke Quay. Stepping past the kitchen into this intimate, 52-seat room feels like a true insider find. The concept brings together Neapolitan wood-fired technique and Modern Chinese precision quite seamlessly. The dishes we tried were well-executed and delivered unique flavor profiles. The Fried Quail features a dramatic table-side fire element and a shattering-crisp skin while keeping the meat juicy. The Mala Shaker Pork Belly was a standout for texture, very crunchy with a balanced, Sichuan pepper heat that was cut well by charred leeks. For something unique, the Foie Gras Pâté Pizza successfully balances a rich, buttery duck pâté with a bright, tangy pineapple purée on an airy crust. We paired the meal with the Limone di Amalfi and Perla cocktails during their 5 PM to 6 PM aperitif hour, which offers good value with $10 drinks and fresh $1 oysters. The ambient lighting is excellent and the service is steady, making it a reliable choice for a quiet date night or after-work drinks. Very solid experience overall.
View on GoogleTuck behind a heavy storage door alike, the interior is very cozy with tasteful lighting. We tried the beef brisket pizza which is not the usual go-to for most. The dough is so good. The soaked tomatoes with burrata can do with a little more sour. And the grilled octopus was perfectly done. Worth trying most of the menu. $100 per pax works
View on Googlethis is the place if uw a place for date nights or just yap for hours. barely anyone sitting indoors so u basically have the whole place to yourself. lowkirk got spooked by the interior deco tho and the lights are pretty dark so fair warning if ur sensitive to that kinda thing😭😭 food was surprisingly easy on the stomach which is a massive W for me personally (i do not fw food comas….) got the gnocchi, lobster chicken wing and pizza and funnily enough the gnocchi rolled up before the appetiser chicken wing i js thought it was a funny occurrence HAHAHAHAH my fav personally is the lobster chicken wing the pizza base is thin but the crust is all doughy and chewy which is actually such a good combo. nothing on the table clashed with each other which sounds like a low bar but you’d be surprised how rare a place can achieve this overall just a really solid meal yay
View on GoogleI liked the pizza dough here quite a lot, it was really tasty and had the right amount of chew and airiness. A pity that the toppings were just average. All in all, it doesn't fall into my list of my top rated pizza parlours here. We tried the: • Chorizo Pizza: • Six Stars Pizza: Fared better than the chorizo thanks to the burrata. • Crab Cakes: This was actually pretty good, it was chock full of crab! • Roasted Pork Belly: Not bad, but a plate of shao rou at a coffee shop or hawker centre would be equally good. • 6 Cheese and Honey Pizza: This is supposed to be their signature, but I liked this the least as I found it too sweet for me. Overall, I wouldn't return as there are tastier options around.
