Update Tuesday 30/06/26 Back here cos craving for the curry sauce, but realised today the tonkatsu was especially crispy. Very well fried & not oily. Didn’t realised that there’s complimentary ice cream w a review. But their service, food, environment & staff are all great, even without the perks they deserve 100/100. Always enjoy dining here, esp great service as usual from Stephy & Hong. Always so attentive & efficient. P/s: The yuzu ice cream is super delicious & cannot be purchased cos it’s not on the menu. So if u liked their food & service remember to leave a great review & enjoy your ice cream. I think the staff ought to be recognised for their great service effort👍🏻 Update: Sunday 07/06/26 Today (Sunday) was a lil surprisingly busy as compared to usual. Jaylyn as the only ground staff - seating customers, taking orders, clearing tables, serving food & cashiering. But despite the busyness, she moved about her tasks with efficiency & professionalism with a great pleasant smile & personality! Great job!!! Always enjoy dining here. They have the freshest Mekajiki (large, juicy, slices of swordfish). Also their Goma Tofu is extremely tasty. Love their Sesame sauce. Soft shell crab handroll was nicely made. Fresh crispy seaweed. Large crispy soft shell crab topped with roe. My all time favourite Japanese Restaurant —————————————- Been coming here the last few weeks & tried a few of the dishes. Really like that they are very generous with their curry sauce. The mekajiki is very fresh. Encountered staff Stephy a few times. She’s very friendly & pleasant, often helping to recommend what is good & on promo etc. Also saw her introducing the membership to other customers. Very good service. Nice, clean environment.

BS promo! Scammish! Beer promotion is for 0.5 litres but served in a 0.45 litres mug. Staff gave excuses ie it is the same, running out of glass, the pint glass can breaks easily etc. BUT, it appears that regular and local customers, even those that came after us is served with proper pint glass. Will likely follow up with an official complain with relevant agency. Poor representation of Singapore, especially in such a place with many tourist. Didn’t order much, didn’t feel like ordering more, worry about what other tricks they have. For what we had, the food is average the most.

been a year since last visit, did a takeaway as restaurant was too crowded. got the sashimi sushi udon set and standard is still there, just the prawn is not the freshest. the other sashimi were all good. love their udon as its chewy and have the fragrant flour taste, also the broth is just nice. will visit again when in the area

I couldn’t finish it because the soba was served too cold It felt almost like ice Also, the tempura batter was too thick, and there was very little filling inside, which was disappointing

Wonderful flavorful food here. They are fast too. I recommend getting lunch here. It gets busy during lunch hour, but it's practically empty during off hours. The fish was flaky and delicious. Lot's of options at reasonable prices.
