Craftsmen Specialty Coffee at Clarke Quay Central is a cosy café that’s perfect for a relaxing coffee break or casual brunch. I stopped by on a bright weekday afternoon and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who recommended their popular Iced Salted Coffee. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The coffee was smooth, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. Each sip revealed layers of flavour, with just the right hint of salted cream that complemented the coffee beautifully without masking its richness. For brunch, I ordered the Rosti with Smoked Salmon, and it was every bit as enjoyable. The rösti was pan-fried to perfection, boasting a beautifully crisp, golden exterior while remaining soft and fluffy inside. Topped with two perfectly cooked onsen eggs, silky smoked salmon, and a generous dollop of sour cream, every bite was rich, satisfying, and packed with flavour. Beyond the food, I really appreciated the café’s thoughtfully designed interior. The warm, cosy ambience and tasteful décor make it an inviting place to unwind, whether you’re catching up with friends or simply enjoying some quiet time with a good cup of coffee. With an impressive menu and genuine hospitality, Craftsmen Specialty Coffee has certainly earned a spot on my list of cafés to revisit. I’m already looking forward to trying more of their food and drinks on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I was craving some waffles and randomly found this cafe. I love that they had savory items mixed with waffles as I also wanted to get some protein in :) Waffles were good! Crispy but not hard. It definitely satisfied my craving! They also gave maple syrup when I asked, although it would have been perfect if it came with maple syrup and a pat of butter! The eggs had chipotle mayo drizzled on top and it was a refreshing choice as I've never had it before! There were only 3 other groups around 12+ on a weekday, so quite a comfortable place to dine.

Loved the sesame soy latte. One of the best I've had! Matcha with lychee was alright. The place was quiet but small. Overall, it was good. I'd def come back for the drinks! :)

Craftsman Coffee is well named. It's just a simple, unassuming coffee shop...that happens to have delicious coffee and excellent food. We stayed at the Paradox Hotel across the street, but ate our breakfast here, at less than half the price of the hotel's breakfast. Try it, you won’t regret it!
