Mizutaki isn’t easily available in Singapore, but this place offers it. It also offers chicken sukiyaki, and motsunabe, as well as other southern Japan chicken specialities like karaage and home made tofu with kizami wasabi. We had mizutaki and the collagen broth was to die for- rich thick and super flavourful. Accompanied by a large variety of different drinks. A must visit. Slightly pricey for lunch but certainly worth it. Must visit!

Came for the food, left with great memories of (good food) and also excellent service. Food is insanely delicious considering how healthy and clean the flavours is. The tofu is a must try. 10/10 will be coming back many more times

Friends recommended chicken pot soups. Very nice service and clear introduction from stag NaNa. We ordered Signature Hakata Collagen Mizutaki, and some appetizers. Will for sure come visit again.

Wasn’t planning to do a review. The menu and photos of the food don’t do it justice. Had the collagen set. The chicken is tender, fresh and just pure. The chicken ball is a surprise. We finished every single drop. Maybe this photo of empty bowls does the food justice.
