LONG BEACH Seafood- Singapore’s leading seafood restaurant and also the CREATOR of the Original and Best Black Pepper Crab in Singapore. It all started at Bedok Rest House (1946), where LONG BEACH Seafood was then one of the few restaurants that served local food.

Tried white Jade dungeness crab was delicious, with the yummy irish duck, trio egg vege and durian pudding. The atmosphere was comfortable and table space enough to eat the crabs with. Made even better with the awesome service of the friendly staff there🤩. Plus points given to plastic hand gloves and apron provided for our comfort👍🏻

The food was sooooo delicious we had to order it twice! We ordered the original and best black pepper crab in Singapore and after devouring it, we ordered a second crab! The staff were so kind, responsive, and explained how to eat the crab and man tou like locals. We had a fantastic time, we enthusiastically recommend this culinary experience to our friends and family. We will cherish the memories forever!

🦀🇸🇬 During a business trip to Singapore, I visited Long Beach Seafood at Robertson Quay with my colleagues. 🌊✨ The restaurant is located along the Singapore River and offers a lively atmosphere that is perfect for business dinners, team gatherings, and enjoying some of Singapore’s most famous seafood. 🍻👔 Before visiting, I asked an Indian colleague who has been living in Singapore for years where to go for the best crab. His answer was simple: 🦀 “If you want Singapore crab, it’s either Long Beach or Jumbo.” That certainly raised my expectations. I had visited a local seafood restaurant a couple of years ago and enjoyed it very much, but Long Beach is clearly one of the iconic names when it comes to crab in Singapore. ⭐ Naturally, the biggest debate at our table was: 🌶️ Chilli Crab? 🖤🌶️ Black Pepper Crab? For me, there is only one answer: 🖤🦀 Black Pepper Crab! The aroma of the black pepper is incredible, and the sauce perfectly complements the natural sweetness of the crab. Every bite was packed with flavor, and before I knew it, I was completely focused on cracking shells and enjoying the crab. 🤤✨ Of course, no Singapore seafood experience would be complete without a cold glass of 🍺 Tiger Beer 🍺. Enjoying Black Pepper Crab with Singapore’s iconic beer was the perfect combination and made the meal even more memorable. 🇸🇬🍻 That said, I have to give some credit to the Chilli Crab lovers. ❤️🌶️🍚 At the end of the meal, we ordered fried rice and mixed it with the remaining Chilli Crab sauce. The result was absolutely amazing. The sweet, savory, and slightly spicy sauce coated every grain of rice, creating an unbelievable level of satisfaction. Honestly, that final dish alone almost convinced me to switch sides! 😂🔥 The only downside is the price. 💸💸💸 Crab in Singapore is expensive, and Long Beach is definitely a premium dining experience. Looking at the menu might make you hesitate for a moment. Fortunately, this time the bill was paid by the company. 😆💼✨ Everything tastes even better when it’s on the company wallet! By the end of the evening, the fresh crab 🦀, the ice-cold Tiger Beer 🍺, the vibrant atmosphere 🎉, and the endless debate between Black Pepper Crab and Chilli Crab 🌶️🖤 made for a fantastic experience. If you’re visiting Singapore and want to try one of the country’s most famous culinary experiences, Long Beach Seafood should absolutely be on your list. I’m still firmly on Team Black Pepper Crab 🖤🦀, but when fried rice meets that leftover Chilli Crab sauce, I have to admit that Team Chilli Crab becomes very tempting. 😆❤️🌶️🍚🍺 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The prices are high, but the quality is worth it. And if your company is paying the bill, the food somehow tastes even better! 😆💼🦀🇸🇬🍻✨

I’ve been a long beach customer since I was a child, always going to the east coast seafood park. Tried Robertson Quay as it was stormy. The flavours of chilli crab are very consistent with the UDMC. I tried the black pepper crab as well which to my surprise was fantastic. As always crispy baby squid and fried mantou were ordered. Long beach will always have my business as it’s what I associate amazing chilli crab and seafood from Singapore with. Can’t wait to return.
