I have been a long-time supporter of KOI, but this particular outlet was a disappointing experience. The staff appeared disengaged and unwelcoming throughout my visit. There were no smiles, no greetings and little sense of customer service. It felt as though the team was simply going through the motions rather than taking pride in serving customers.

Standard KOI outlet with 2 kiosks to order from. Ordered a M peach juice with sakura konjac for my daughter for $5.50. No complaints.

Normally I order and drink their Nama chocolate quite often. But Order my Nama chocolate tru grab pick up today, But the taste of the drink today was so blend and plain and the thing is I already order less ice. Normally Is quite thick and the chocolate taste was strong.

I do my regular bubble tea run at this outlet after my workouts and that will change after today. Totally unpleasant experience as I waited at the counter to order. The kiosks were crowded with groups of people and I wanted to pay via ShopBack which can only be done at the counter anyway. Waited patiently for a while as I saw the 3 staff were busy prepping and then got snapped by the one with specs: ‘You can order at the kiosk!’ to which I replied ‘I like to pay by shopback’ & she said: ‘you choose pay at counter’. Zero smile, no ‘please’ totally hostile. When my tea is ready, it’s her again: ‘you want a carrier?’ I replied : ‘ yes PLEASE!’ to her rudeness. And I think I stunned her with that. Her name is Michelle. Hostility is unacceptable. Totally spoilt my desire to return. Shall patronize from your neighbor from now on.

After work I go with my friend to purchase this drink kand the waiting time was not that long as I went around 6.21pm and the staff was friendly also the Kiosk was easy to use and easy to customise the drink I'm in love with the drink as the tea was fragrant and also overall the experience was quite pleasant. Would visit again!also the mascot was so cute.
