Decent Japanese fare. Had the gindara which was slightly less succulent than I'm used to at a Japanese restaurant. Couldn't appreciate their version of grilled eggplant - it felt boiled with a hint charred-ness. Ambience and service were tip top though, and they have private rooms.
View on GoogleAuthentic and amazing Japanese food at a decent price! The sashimi was really fresh and I love their new year kaisen set lunch! Their staff were attentive and quick to refill the green tea, which they do not charge us for! I feel like I am back in Japan and I'll definitely be back! It's a must try:)
View on GoogleBest Sashimi and Wagyu steaks in my life! I went to Japan a few months ago, but even in Japan it is quite hard to find Japanese food at this quality. When I came they had freshly flown tuna, and it melts on the tongue. The sake choices are also excellent. Tell the waiters what you like on a sake and she will recommend you a good one.
View on GoogleValue for money bento with a wide variety of dishes; grilled fish, sashimi, tempura, sushi, chawamushi... Nice ambience and polite service. I came for lunch and thought it was quite value for money.
View on GoogleTried the mantis prawn and toro, chutoro and akami sushi which cost $65 after GST and service charge. The only observation I had was the restaurant has so many fishes on display but they only offer yaki or grill. I asked if can do maybe half sushi half yaki/grill but the menu is what it is. So I just tried the tuna sushi because of the "tuna fair" where the tuna just arrived one day before on Friday. The cut of the fish was so so and not what I expected of fresh tuna. Anyways, be prepared to pay as the menu can get pricey.
