At at this place for lunch and everything was so flavorful, if you are looking to eat at a place with authentic sichuan cuisine, go for this!! But in general if you like spicy food, you will definitely enjoy this place. The crayfish was soooo biggg and the fish is so fresh but yet no fishy taste at all!! Overall really recommended this restaurant.

Had such a good time trying out the dishes at Tong Fu Ju Sichuan! If you love spicy and flavourful food, you’ll definitely want to check this place out 🤭 Mala Crayfish - This had a little spicy kick, but it was SO addictive! The mala sauce was super fragrant and flavourful, and we just couldn’t stop going back for more Pickled Cabbage Lingbo Fish - The fish was really tender and the pickled cabbage added a nice tangy and savoury flavour. Such a comforting dish and goes really well with rice! Sambal Kangkong -Fresh and crunchy kangkong with a good amount of sambal flavour Overall, everything was flavourful and perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also really enjoyed the breezy outdoor setting and lovely view!

Had a really good dining experience here. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with traditional Chinese lantern decorations, which makes the place feel cozy and welcoming. We ordered the grilled fish, spicy stir-fried pork, mapo tofu, and roasted chicken. Everything tasted great. The grilled fish was very flavorful with just the right level of spice and plenty of vegetables. The stir-fried pork was fragrant and perfect with rice. The mapo tofu had a rich spicy sauce without being too oily, and the roasted chicken was tender with a nicely crispy skin. Portions were generous and perfect for sharing. Overall, the food was authentic, the environment was pleasant, and I would definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful family lunch at Tong Fu Ju Sichuan Restaurant. We ordered the Ningbo signature hot and spicy fish, fried chicken, potato dish, and fried French beans — and every dish delivered on both flavour and comfort. The hot and spicy fish was the standout. The broth was rich, aromatic, and packed with a satisfying kick without being overwhelming. The fish was fresh, tender, and soaked up all the bold flavours beautifully. Overall, the food felt hearty and homely ,perfect for a relaxed family gathering. The ambience was comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to sit back and enjoy a good meal together.

Traditional Sichuan food by the Singapore river?! You won’t be disappointed here~ Here’s what we tried: 🍲 House Specialty Double Delight 双拼 ($68.80) As the name suggests, it’s a pot of double delights! We chose the half grilled fish (ling bo fish) in hot & spicy sauce, plus crayfish in mala sauce! There’s also an option for braised chicken or lamb spine. It’s a dish I’ll definitely recommend as you can get the best of both worlds - especially if you’re here in a small group! Super flavorful and kinda spicy so do ask for less spice if needed! 🍆 Braised Eggplant in Beer ($15.80 / S) We weren’t sure what to expect but were impressed! It’s a super savory aromatic eggplant dish! Done super well. Will definitely order this again~ ✨ Overall Review ✨ It’s a lovely place serving authentic Sichuan food!
