I enjoyed the seafood here at Tian Tian Fisherman's Pier Seafood Restaurant. There’s a lot to choose from, and the Singapore chilli crab really stood out for me. The flavours felt bold and satisfying, and it was a nice spot for a proper local meal. I’d happily come back to try more from the menu.

We were looking for a quick and easy meal while walking along the pier and, like most places in the area, staff were calling out and handing menus to try and get our attention. We chose this restaurant because the owner approached us in a polite and respectful way and spoke confidently about the food. We were seated right by the water, which was a lovely setting. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the first impression. It took a while before anyone came to take our order and we had to call someone over ourselves. When the food arrived, our dishes didn’t come out together, which was disappointing. It’s always nicer to enjoy a meal at the same time rather than one person eating while the other waits. When my dish finally came, it was clearly not what I had ordered. It included a large amount of red chillies and was far spicier than expected. Comparing it to the menu photo, it didn’t match at all. To their credit, when we flagged this with a staff member, he immediately took the dish away to correct it. However, this meant an even longer wait, and by the time my replacement meal arrived, my rice had gone cold. As we were leaving, the owner approached me and asked how the meal was. I appreciated this and was honest in sharing that I was disappointed. He appeared genuinely concerned and spoke to his staff. While an apology was offered, there was no discount or meaningful resolution—only an offer of an alcoholic drink, which we declined. For a simple meal that cost over $100, a “sorry” didn’t feel like enough. While the location and initial customer service were positives, the overall experience fell short and left us dissatisfied.

Disgusting, low-quality wine. High prices and poor service. Some dishes were not bad, but we had to wait a long time for our order; the young waiters didn't understand what we wanted from them. We also had to wait a very long time for them to check our bill and give us change. I ordered BBQ scallops. Not a bad portion and delicious. I also ordered BBQ squid. It turned out to be small for $40. That's very expensive. I also tried a friend's salad with vegetables and mushrooms. It was not bad. The wine was not natural, low quality - it was terrible.

Had a wonderful dining experience here! The seafood was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive — refreshing, well-balanced, and paired perfectly with the food. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. If you’re looking for delicious seafood, great drinks, and a fantastic dining experience, I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back again!
