Came on weekdays lunchtime and a lot of office people queuing but today Sunday good to try because i passed by before, the mazesoba with the onions topping looks interesting. The noodle Is good different from the sg noodles. I can just have the carbs without the proteins but first time just ordered everything char siew and karage. Up size is free but i have to eat fast if not it's quite gelat if eat slowly. Can add vinegar to reduce the grease. Cosy environment. Why japanese food is call taiwan 🤷‍♂️

the ramen here is soooo good and so are the side dishes. all the accompanying toppings in the ramen are really good too. the vibes of the restaurant make me feel like i’m in japan too. service is great too, even when i’m just there to pick up my order for takeaway, they still offer drinks. recommend going before peak hour to avoid the lunch and dinner crowds as it gets pretty crowded and the waiting time might be quite long.

A friend recommended this place for dinner on a week night and we managed to get a table immediately. We ordered the mazesoba with karaage and the Yokohama ramen. Was so pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Definitely give it a try.

Ordered the Taiwan and Original mazesoba, and both were great. I really enjoyed the charsiew. The egg made the noodles creamy and extra savoury. I must warn that it may get a bit jelak after a few bites but the complimentary hojicha helps to cleanse the palate 🥰 The gyoza also makes a great side dish to balance out the overall flavours of the meal.

Was craving ramen and discovered that Ramen Matsuri was open on a Saturday in the CBD, so we decided to pop in. The moment we stepped through the doors, we felt like we'd been transported to Japan and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We ordered the Torikoku ramen along with a few side dishes. The ramen was absolutely delicious, with a rich, hearty broth packed with umami and collagen. We especially loved the coriander salad, which was fresh and so addictive. We'll definitely be back again!
