💸 Weekday Lunch Set near the CBD Ordered the sundubu soup (maybe not the best idea under Singapore’s crazy heat 😅) — still, it was pretty decent with mild spice and flavor. The fried chicken was golden and crispy — done really well. What stood out most were the banchan — super complete set with potato, kimchi, radish, and japchae. Love how generous they are with sides!
View on GoogleAffordable Korean food at boat quay. Came on a Tuesday evening and it was quiet. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I ordered the sondubu and fried chicken and was surprised to know rice came along with the tofu soup. They also provide banchan and gloves to eat the fried chicken with. Fried chicken was crispy and not dry. Sondubu soup is highly recommended as it was packed with mussels and seafood. Great service and for the location at a cut throat tourist site with other restaurant ripping you off, this place is surprisingly reasonably priced. Please support !
View on GoogleHad an amazing meal here — the fried chicken was next-level: super crispy outside, juicy inside, and the flavors were spot on (loved both the sweet-spicy glaze and the savory/garlic-style coating). The creamy sauce version was surprisingly addictive too, and the sides/banchan were fresh and complemented everything really well. Portions were generous, food came out hot and fast, and the whole place had a fun, comfortable vibe for sharing with friends. Definitely worth a visit — I’ll be back!
View on GoogleOne of the best Korean fried chicken I've had. Portions are big and the taste is just awesome. Tteokbokki tasted quite good as well. Beer choices were mostly Korean, but I'm a wheat beer person so I had a hoegaarden. Great for dinner and drinks with friends of colleagues.
View on GoogleHad very nice dining experience here. Ordered the garlic chicken with French fries set. I must say the cheese stick were fried in old oil. So it didn't taste good. The rest of the fried stuff is OK. Also ordered the sweet spicy chicken. We think this is nicer than the garlic soy chicken they are also generous with the sides.
