We had lunch here with my wife and mother-in-law a couple of days ago, and it was our first visit. We love Indian food, and overall we really enjoyed the experience. The food has authentic Indian flavours, and there were some dishes that really stood out. My favourite Indian curry is chicken korma, so I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have it. However, the butter chicken was probably the best butter chicken I’ve ever had. For my personal taste, it was a little spicy, but still manageable enough that I could really enjoy the flavour. My wife had no complaints at all, so this is definitely a matter of personal preference. If you enjoy spicy food, you’ll probably love it; if you’re someone who really doesn’t tolerate spice, it might be worth asking whether they can make it milder. The mango curry prawns were another highlight and really delivered. Again, there was some heat, but it was manageable and didn’t overpower the flavour of the curry. We also had the dal, which I thought was very good. My only mistake was mixing in what looked like some chilli that had been added on top. Once I mixed everything together, it became too spicy for me and unfortunately overwhelmed the flavour of the dal. That’s entirely personal preference, though, and next time I’d simply ask for no additional chilli or move it aside rather than mixing it in! Another really nice surprise was the fried okra. It was original, crispy and very tasty — definitely something I would order again. The waiter was really friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself is a lovely, cosy place. Overall, very good, authentic Indian food with plenty of flavour. Just be aware that some dishes can have a fair amount of heat depending on your tolerance. I’m still a little disappointed about the lack of chicken korma 😂, but that butter chicken alone gives me a very good reason to come back!
View on GoogleA quiet little gem that delivers big on flavour. This small and cosy Indian restaurant keeps things simple, and that’s exactly its charm. The space is intimate and unpretentious, making it perfect for a relaxed, no fuss meal. What truly stands out is the honesty of the food. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, with authentic flavours that don’t try too hard to impress but end up doing so anyway. The spices are well balanced, the ingredients taste fresh, and you can tell there’s care in the cooking. Service is ok. More smiles from the servers will be good. If you’re looking for a comfortable spot with sincere, satisfying Indian cuisine, this place is well worth returning to.

View on GoogleVisit dated on 3rd week April 2026. We ordered chicken briyani and mutton curry. Chicken briyani rice slightly wet for us, if can make it drier and chewy will be better. The mutton curry meat too soft that maybe cooked for many hours.. Conclusion: for those like thick curry taste flavor with very soft mutton meat and slightly wet briyani rice, please support them.
