This time I finally tried some of their bestsellers: • Wet Indomie Chicken S$11 Their signature comfort dish. Saucy, savoury, slightly spicy, and hits all the right cravings. • Tiramisu S$12.90 Creamy layers with a light coffee kick. Classic café dessert done well. • Nutella Shake S$8.50 Thick, rich, and dessert-like. Super indulgent and basically a sweet treat in a cup. • Gula Melaka Iced Coffee Refreshing with a deep caramel-like palm sugar sweetness balanced by strong coffee notes. • Croque Monsieur S$17.80 Buttery, cheesy, and nicely toasted. Definitely more on the premium side for a café toastie, but very filling and rich. Overall, Fangko Coffee is that spot for Indo comfort food! It’s a nice treat when you’re in the mood for something comforting. Still a reliable go-to for me when the cravings hit 🤍

Located just few mins walk away from Clarke Quay MRT, Fangko House is a cosy lil cafe perfect for a quick fix of Western-Indonesian fusion cuisine! Here’s what I tried: 🌟𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲 My personal fav as a brunch food lover 🤭 It was a perfect balance of cheese, rich and slightly creamy but might be overwhelming for some, so is good for sharing! Also appreciate that the fillings are generous, so it’s not overly bready. 🌟𝗪𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗲 Another hit of the meal, the sauce had just the right amount of wetness, coating every strand perfectly for that satisfying bite. Super flavourful, but warning— even level 0 packs a kick 🌶️ (and they go up to 21 levels 😳) 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 The sponge is deeply infused with coffee, legit caffeine loaded. My advice is to eat it early!! It can get a little too wet and slightly mushy if left sitting (learnt that the hard way while taking pics 😭). On the bright side, it’s not overly sweet! 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲 Super indulgent and rich! You honestly can’t go wrong with Nutella. Definitely one for the sweet-tooths… you’ll be obsessed 🤎 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 If you’re someone who enjoys less sweet options, this is the one for you! The gula melaka adds a subtle depth without overpowering, making it a perfect pick for OG latte lovers 😎 Hearty portions, solid flavours, and reasonable prices: This is honestly a spot I’d come back to if I’m in the area!! Big downside is there’s no aircon though, which makes it quite warm and stuffy 🥲 Please consider installing aircon hehe

Been to Fangko a few times: breakfast, lunch, and dinner timings. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, even when it's busy. Really like the food here, for some reason I keep craving wet indomie with chicken. The chicken tastes yummier with chilli levels 1 and above, I keep ordering it even though I have low spice tolerance (it's really spicy, but really recommend) They offer oat milk substitute for drinks too! Bonus points for that imo To sum it up, give this place a try if you haven't :) !

Visited on weekday night for dinner. Ordered indomie with chicken and got it as spice level 1 (spicy enough). It was manageable, more spicy than Mcspicy for comparison. I enjoy spicy food but I cannot bear the spice very well, had a burning feel in my tummy the whole night. Next time I will go for level 0. Got the local coffee and quite like the taste and balance. Good to see the spice levels have 0-20, can recommend to people who really love heat.

Fangko is one of the earliest cafés to open in the area, welcoming customers as early as 8 AM.I was the first customer that morning, but it didn’t take long before a few others started coming in. There’s something about the place that perfectly captures the feeling of a slow morning. A good pastry, well-made coffee, and a peaceful ambiance made for a great start to the day. While it’s not the most striking café in this part of the city, there’s something quietly magnetic about it that makes you want to stop by. The staff was also accommodating!
