View on GoogleDallas Restaurant & Bar at Boat Quay is a multi-level contemporary bistro located in a historic shophouse overlooking the Singapore River. Established in 2004, it is well-known for its Western and Tex-Mex cuisine, riverside views, and versatile event spaces. The restaurant is spread across three distinct levels, each offering a different experience:Level 1 (Bar & Alfresco): A casual bar with a breezy outdoor seating area right by the river, ideal for people-watching and enjoying the evening breeze.Level 2 (Restaurant): A more formal, intimate dining area with plush seating for a quieter meal.Level 3 (VIP Lounge): An exquisitely appointed space with a private bar and a balcony providing expansive views of the city skyline, often used for corporate and private events. The menu features a variety of American and Mexican-inspired dishes. Popular items are Dallas Chicken Wings and the Black Angus Prime Rib Steak. Serves Pale Ale 🍺 on the tap, not many venues do!
View on GoogleThe worst restaurant we ate at, in Singapore. It was our third day and wanted a break from Asian food and thought to go for the "safe" American restaurant and grab a burger etc....oh what a mistake. The food was really bland, plastic feeling and the appetisers (esp the wings) were inedible. I don't know if they were frozen or what but they were so dry and bland, I don't know how they managed it. The restaurant is in a nice spot right by the river but you have sooo many options around there. Avoid at all costs! It's a crappy tourist trap, actually not even a tourist trap, better go to a Hawker centre and/or local cuisine restaurants.
View on GoogleHad such a lovely time at Dallas Boat Quay! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and it’s a great spot to unwind by the river. A special shout-out to May, who made our experience even better. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit, making sure we were well taken care of without ever being intrusive. Her excellent service really stood out and made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, May, for making our evening such an enjoyable one!
