The portions are really big—most girls would probably find it hard to finish. It feels quite similar to an American-style restaurant. The prices are reasonable; a three-course meal is fairly affordable. The beef soup was tasty, though not very rich. I thought the burger was good too—if the patty were a bit more tender, it would be even better. It was juicy with every bite. The fries were a little too salty; personally, I prefer the thicker-cut French fries. All in all, it was a nice place for a gathering.
View on GoogleI ordered a $40 steak and requested it to be cooked medium. What was served was unmistakably medium rare, with a visibly raw center. I informed the waiter, anticipating a fresh replacement. Instead, the same steak was returned, I know this because I had previously cut it to show the waiter. Even after researing, it remained undercooked. At this price point, such handling is both disappointing and unhygienic. I had barely touched the dish and had to request for it to be removed from the bill myself. No apology or goodwill gesture was offered. The experience fell far short of expectations and reflects poorly on the restaurant's service standards.
View on GoogleNice view and ambiance. A nice place to watch football or some matches and have a drink, specially at night, wonderful view of the river. Service was good. Food was good. The quesadilla was very tasty. Crowded on the weekend and public holidays, especially on NYE because you would be able to see the fireworks by the river. Rcm to reserve in advanced.
View on GoogleFirst time here, didn’t know what to get from its lunch set and staff recommended either pork chop or fish and chips. Went with the pork chop but it’s quite dry, not to my liking, but oh the mushroom soup was good, and hearty. Maybe should’ve stuck to fish and chips!
View on GoogleNice place to chill after a hard day, 100$SG for three including tax, two tiger beers , paella, salad, soup, tapas, not bad at all given prime location and wonderful service from the nice lady. Can watch a bit of the light show at 8. Not pushy to return table. Zero waiting time on a weekday. Magnificent view !
