It safer to buy the set meal with the latest caifan saga. The sweet sour pork set meal taste alrite, pricey at SGD3.50.
View on GoogleVery disappointed with the service. We simply asked for takeaway, and the auntie responded by scolding us and saying we were being troublesome. We even apologised, but she replied that our apology would not help with their busy operation. As paying customers, we expect at least basic courtesy and respect. We understand that running a stall can be stressful, especially during busy hours, but that should not be taken out on customers. The food may be acceptable, but the rude attitude and poor customer service completely spoiled the experience. I hope the stall owner takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated. Because of this unpleasant experience, I would not recommend patronising this store
View on GoogleMy Yong Fa uncle duo was so kind to me. I changed my mind last minute so ordered an addition egg. The way the kitchen uncle (behind the kitchen) cut my egg was so skillful yet affectionate (reminded me of my mum back home). The order uncle (front the kitchen) knew what I wanted just looking at my face lol Will I eat here again? Oh, sure. Just the location is tricky for me (I don't get to hang out around Bugis a lot) but if I get to pass by hungry, for sure! 👍
View on GoogleThe most expensive “Cai fun” in Bugis Street / Albert complex area!! Do not patronise ~ food is stale and SMALLEST portion ever. Two veggie and a meat for $4.80!!!??? Wow! I could’ve eaten at the nasi pandang place for $4 and the portions is twice as big!! DO NOT EAT THERE, eat at your own risk!!!
View on GoogleRight, so Yong Fa Eating House—it’s your typical hawker centre setup. You know what you’re getting. I went for the sweet and sour pork, and honestly, it was… well, alright. Nothing to shout about. Not bad, not great, just bang in the middle of the road, waving politely at mediocrity as it passes by. But hey, at least the portion was decent. Could’ve been better, but maybe I caught them at a weird time? You know, like when they’re in that mid-afternoon lull, and the cook’s probably thinking more about his break than your pork. As for the rest? Yeah, it’s your usual hawker stall fare. Affordable, fills you up, and you’re not expecting Michelin stars here. It’s the kind of place you go to when you just want a quick meal without much fuss. It gets the job done.
