If you're a fan of unagi, Una Una is definitely worth a visit. We tried both the Unagi Hitsumabushi ($25.80) and Premium Unagi Hitsumabushi ($29.80), and both were excellent. The unagi was perfectly grilled with a smoky aroma, tender texture, and rich flavour that paired beautifully with the fluffy Japanese rice. The Premium Hitsumabushi was especially enjoyable as it can be eaten in six different ways, from savoring the unagi on its own to adding condiments and finishing with a comforting broth for a completely different experience. Generous portions, quality ingredients, and great value for the price. A satisfying meal that I'd happily return for.

Visited on PH 27th May 2026, it’s such a pity I have forgotten how Man Man unagi tasted like cos I last had it in 2017, but Una Una was known to be a cheaper alternative? It doesn’t feel cheaper in quality though. Both my Queen and I loved it. :) Anyway the area was very warm when we visited, especially the inside seats with spotlights on. Managed to change a seat with the help of the friendly female staff.

The large Hitsumabushi Unagi is quite worth as it's a good portion. The Unagi roll is not bad too. Soba is the chewy kind. The squid is disappointing - tough & tasteless - so I wouldn't recommend. Stick to Unagi dishes and you won't go wrong.

The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. On top of that, the customer service was sincere and attentive. During payment, the staff kindly helped us with some savings (promo code), which pleasantly surprised us. Good food at a good price. Remember to look out for any promo deals before your visit! 😃

The food is ok, I think worth 4 stars. However the service philosophy of this establishment is not good enough. Ordered the unagi pork beef and sashimi sets for 3 person. Taste is good but not exceptional. For 35+ per person, no ice water. In Japan every place you eat you get water. Also the waitress could be heard chasing the next table because 2 person was late. This place needs to care about service too. I will not go back again
