This place has a live band that can get really too noisy for you to have any meaningful conversations without screaming your lungs out. Food is good, but service is slow because I think they are short handed. Love the sauces, the garlic fried rice and the meat! They offer free birthday cake if you're celebrating your birthday there too, but note that they require advanced notice. Side note, the cake isn't pretty, but at least it's something! Also, good thing that there's very little smell, so you don't come out smelling like food and smoke!

Food was so so. Went for weekend lunch but wasn't informed that the 2 seafood are out of stock. Then suddenly say salmon is available but the fish had a fishy smell. Selection of meats are not great and even ice water need to pay. Used to be a great dining place but now not so.

Tried Rocku Yakiniku for the first time yesterday. Was impressed with the way it looked and the ambience. Tried the normal buffet which had less options than the premium one (and lower quality of food too). Ate to my fill and enjoyed the garlic fried rice. The rest of the food, especially the meats weren’t as good as I had expected them to be. The pork was especially tough. Beef and shishamo were alright. Overall experience was ok. Service was decent. Some of the plates and bowls and sauce dishes weren’t cleaned thoroughly and were a bit stained. Am curious to try the premium buffet but would consider other Yakiniku places instead, which were much more value-for-money and enjoyable.

Food is nice. Staff is friendly. Ambience is nice. The Shishamo is really good, and so is the mozzarella prawn. I hope that some cuts of meat would be sliced thinner so it's easier to chew, but that's just my picky side talking - I love this place and have come here many times over the past few months and will continue to do so! As you can see the pics are from my different visits :P

Absolutely brilliant place. Went for lunch premium buffet. The selection did not dissapoint. Everything was very well prepared and once cooked, tasted absolutely fantastic. Only the Tuna sashimi was brought out frozen and had to wait for it to thaw before it could be eaten. Service was excellent and the ambiance was very nice, albiet a bit of wierd music tracks played. Still a great place and highly recommended.
