Ramen was good. Wasnt the best but well above average, worth the try. Broth is thick and rich, they provided free for children which tasted lighter and generous with the meat. They provided regular boiled egg, beansprouts and children’s ramen as part of free condiment, which was a nice touch. Service was just adequate for Singaporean standard, we had a baby and a toddler, we had a small folded trike and folded stroller. The lady servant was sighing massively like she took a hard slap on the face, while the older gentleman was trying his very best to accommodate. I wasnt expecting any better for Singaporean service, give an attitude all you want, customers dont owe you. Dont like kids put a ‘NO CHILDREN ALLOWED’ sign. Credit is given where its due, food is well above average, worth to visit, could fit as many patrons favorite, in terms of service if you want to be bossy don’t be a waiter, we appreciate the other gentlemen for trying his best to be helpful and accommodating.

Taste good! I chose extra thick for the spicy soup, just nice for me. The restaurant is quite small, so it can be crowded and might need to wait for awhile during peak hours. Food was served very quickly.

2 stars. Visited Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Four Seasons at Bugis with my family. We ordered three bowls of Tonkotsu Ramen (Summer). My kid mentioned that his ramen tasted very bland and almost tasteless. Unfortunately, we only realized it after he had finished most of the noodles. We informed the staff and the owner only offered a drink as compensation. While we appreciate the gesture, it didn’t feel like a sincere effort to address the issue. Hope the restaurant pays more attention to food quality and customer experience.

This is easily my #1 ramen spot — my go-to whenever I’m craving a comforting bowl of tonkotsu 🤤🍜 The Tonkotsu Ramen (Winter) hits every time with its rich, flavourful pork broth that’s just so satisfying. What I really love is how customizable everything is — from noodle doneness to soup intensity (weak, normal, or strong), plus the option to add more flavoured oil. It makes every bowl feel uniquely yours. They also offer free-flow beansprouts and hard-boiled eggs, along with condiments like soy sauce, salt, and Kewpie mayo so you can tweak your bowl exactly how you like it. And the self-grind black and white sesame seeds? Such a fun touch for that extra nutty boost! The chashu is tender, well-seasoned, and pairs perfectly with the broth. Best part? It’s super affordable, especially for a spot in the Bugis area. Highly recommend if you’re a ramen lover! 💯

I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen Winter with flavoured egg and the Tonkotsu Ramen King Special with all toppings. Ordering is done by QR code and they only accept digital payment. They offer complimentary hard boiled eggs and bean sprouts, which is a nice touch while waiting. You can also see their huge boilers in the kitchen, where the tonkotsu broth is boiled on the spot, and it gives a good sense of freshness. The Winter ramen was creamy and balanced, with a nicely done egg and firm noodles. The King Special was richer and more filling, especially with all the toppings included. Food came out fast and overall it was a satisfying visit for anyone who likes strong tonkotsu flavours.
