I had such a great experience at this bubble tea shop! The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. What really stood out to me is the branch manager (The guy in black shirt, Kok Hing I think), who goes above and beyond for customers. He actually remember regulars’ orders. You can tell they genuinely care, taking the time to be patient with everyone—even during busy periods—and always greeting customers with an amazing smile. It’s little things like this that make a place worth coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for not just great drinks, but also a warm and positive atmosphere!

Almost made me cry when he remembered my orders !! Thank you!!! So happy to be flexing my fav people at bugis!

Smooth and fast. I think my order was done but the order infront of me haven't collected so I waited. Chry macchiato is quite sweet and strong. It is nicer after the ice melt.

This café serves costumable tea, bubble tea and coffee take away that can be easely ordered on a touch screen monitor or at the counter. We tried a fruity, a tea and a coffee based beverage and all of them were delicious. My favourite one was with peanut butter. I really liked that it's possible to choose the amount of sugar and ice, as well as the toppings. The shop is always crowded so you will probably have to queue a bit but it's worth the waiting time.

Fast and speedy services. The new released orh nee milk tea is a great deal. The orh nee is not too sweet and with some taro balls in it. The milk tea is the standard milk tea. Good to go for 0% sugar level. Order was prepared before the scheduled pick up time.
