I had a really good dinner here! 😋 The chicken was tasty, and they even have a $5 off promo for chicken wings if you order at least 12 pieces. Service was good, and the vibe was fantastic. My only wish was for the chicken to be hotter in temperature. 🔥 Still a great spot! ✨
View on GoogleOh no, been a regular to Jinjja Chicken over the years and it has never disappoint me. However, I would say standards have slipped with the introduction of their new menu. They no longer have Kimbap, which I feel was a result of simplying their work process. There's also no Jinjja salad too, which was a regular that I have ordered. They barely kept the $10 12 piece chicken, abeit in a "limited promotion" capacity, but I feel it may not last. They also pasta to the menu? Higher margins? Taste wise, it's good. But I'm not sure if it's a positive change.
View on Googleback in my student days, their promos + no GST/service charge meant I could treat myself guilt-free — & I love that this fast-casual spot is still just as affordable for a solid Korean fix. We had Carbonara Pasta w Steak Slices ($15.90), & elevated my meal w truffle (+$1). Creamy w mild truffle notes, but beef sirloin reminded us of bakkwa — would’ve preferred it more tender. I’d reorder the pasta, just swap out the steak next time. Rose Tteokbokki Pasta ($12.90) was mildly spicy cream sauce w chewy tteok that’s easy to enjoy! DIY Korean Rice Ball ($9.50) consists of cewy rice w tuna, seaweed, furikake & ebikko — not overly seasoned & q fun rolling them yourself LOL Had a 5 pcs honey butter & soy garlic boneless chicken mix ($8.90) which i loved bcos I’m lazy to separate bones, & their 6 pcs signature wings ($8.90) with the same mix of flavours, & you know Jinjja — their poultry doesn’t disappoint. Tried their Original Corn Dog ($4.50) which came nicely fried with a good batter layer. Also comes in 4 other flavours incl. truffle mayo & gochujang! Seaweed fries ($3.50) wasn’t too salty, but I’d love a bit more seaweed seasoning. Loved the crispy batter on their Onion Rings ($3.50) !! 4 pcs Cheese Sticks ($4.90) had an insane cheese pull & 10/10 would reorder bcos I love cheese. Drinks lean sweet — the Yuzu Tea ($4.50) was my fav (loved the yuzu bits) <3 Banana Milk was slightly syrupy, & Peach Sparkling Ade was refreshing but too sweet for my liking. They’ve just launched crinkle-cut chips (Cheesy Garlic & Rose Tteokbokki) — currently FREE w vouchers & meals to be won. Check their IG for the CRUNCH campaign. special thanks to our server for being incredibly friendly and super helpful & proactive !!
View on GoogleNothing can beat jinja bang for buck because it is the cheapest and most affordable korean fried chicken at this price point. They always have a promo of 12 wings for either $10 or $10.90, making it very worth it. The wings are crispy even though it is soaked in the sauce. The original soy sauce coats the chicken nicely, providing a slight sweet taste to the chicken complementing it nicely. The chicken is also well fried and not too heavily battered.
View on GoogleCame around 4pm. Ordered 10th anniversary 12 pieces wings honey butter soy and soy for only ten dollars and a rabokki (original) and an earl grey tea. Quite a number of seats available .Queue was short and food arrived rather promptly. Tasted good. Rabokki was abit spicy.
